This attractive holiday home is set in the heart of Longnor Village (map), 6 miles from Buxton and 9 miles from Leek. The historic property is a comfortable, three storied house, once an Inn and more recently, the exterior used as the Inn in the BBC’s adaptation of ‘Pride and Prejudice’.

The House is peaceful, located up a narrow cobbled street and backing onto the Village Churchyard. It makes a wonderful base for walking or cycling in the Peak District. We are close to the Manifold valley and High Peak trails with cycle hire available. The property is ideally suited for access to such attractions as Chatsworth House, Buxton Festival, Haddon Hall, Bakewell, Ashbourne, the Roaches and Alton Towers!.
